What sizes do you have?
We have a range of sizes that suit all kids to adults. Our 140mm size (XS) suits 0 - 4 Year olds, 160mm size (S) suits 5 - 10 year olds, 180mm (M) suits 10 - 16 year olds and our 202mm (L) suits adults.
Do extra sizes cost more?
Yes. Each order includes the mold cost for one size. Each additional size will need a new mold which is unavoidable... Extra molds are $40.
What colour bands can i choose?
Any! We use the pantone colour chart and if you say "light blue" we will use the one we like best. If you'd really like to customize your colour just Google search "pantone colour chart" and send us the colour code.
How many colours can i have on my band?
Up to 3 colours is free. If you have a logo with 3 colours or just want multi coloured text, that's fine. More than 3 colours does attract a small $10 per colour fee, for the whole order.
Can i add a phone number?
Of course! You can add anything you like. Phone numbers are a great idea for vacation care and excursions.
Are there restrictions to how much writing i can have?
Not really... If you have a lot of writing we can squash it up. It just depends on weather you like how it looks on the final design.
Can i use my own logo?
Yes! We encourage it. Using your own centre logo really adds that wow factor! If your logo is too complicated, send it to us and we will simplify it for you. We'll send you a copy so you can approve it before manufacturing.
How much is postage in Australia?
Postage Australia wide is FREE! Yipeeee! No extra charges.
How much is postage to New Zealand?
Postage to New Zealand is $20. Sorry NZ.
How long will my order take to arrive?
2 Weeks from the Friday that ends the week... We always send out emails on a Tuesday, by the time we process the orders and confirm your artwork with you its generally Thursday. All our orders are put into production on a Friday and will be with you 2 weeks from then.
Can i order less than 50 bands?
Unfortunately not unless we have a special offer that month. Your bands are custom made and our manufacturers wont create any less than 50 of one design.
